EA CEO Andrew Wilson has revealed the publisher has “three or four more” EA sports games that they’re yet to announce that are due to be released during the next fiscal year, which is sometime between April 2022 and the end of March 2023. This is in addition to a strong lineup of games that they have already revealed.

EA Sports Games for 2022 and 2023
There were no hints as to what the unannounced titles could be, although there have been rumors of a new installment in the EA Sports games UFC franchise and a revival of the Fight Night games. As well as the 3-4 unannounced titles, EA has a very diverse lineup of upcoming games. The new Need for Speed game is due to be released during the financial year, as well as the annual sports games like FIFA, Madden NFL, F1, and NHL.
Apex Legends, Knockout City, and The Sims will continue to get new content, while there will also be some new mobile titles like an Apex Legends Mobile game. Of course, there’s also GRID Legends that will be released this current financial year on February 25.
Games whose release windows are not specified and could potentially release after April 2023 include the Dead Space remake, Dragon Age 4, a new Mass Effect title, Skate 4, Respawn’s new game in the Star Wars: Jedi franchise, the all-new Star Wars first-person shooter game, and a Star Wars strategy title.
In a conference call to accompany EA sports games in 2022, the latest financial earnings report, as transcribed by Seeking Alpha, Wilson said they “are always trying to find ways to grow the portfolio year-over-year through new titles, new IP, and expansion.” EA sports games aren’t looking to make any acquisitions at this moment in time, but that “doesn’t mean that we won’t keep looking at everything going forward”. In other news, Ghostwire: Tokyo will be getting an official showcase from PlayStation tomorrow, February 3, at 2 pm PT. In the meantime, the release date, pre-order bonuses, and Deluxe Edition have all been confirmed. 2. Grid Legends
Codemasters’ classic racer video game Grid Legends has been released this year and features over 130 tracks and around 100 vehicles to choose from. This is the studio’s second title since the EA sports games in 2022 acquisition. Along with the many new vehicles and tracks to choose from, there is also a brand new story mode, Driven to Glory. You can catch this title for PC, PS, and Xbox.
3. Unrevealed Need for Speed Title
There is a new Need for Speed title in the works and is probably set for release sometime this year. The popular racing franchise has still not revealed the latest title, but VCG is planning on setting it up during the Q4 2022 release. Since their last Need for Speed title was back in 2020, the latest installment will be the most anticipated amongst the Need for the Speed fan base.
4. Dead Space Remake
The popular action-horror video game is set to have a reboot of the popular Dead Space installment. The remake will include new character models, assets, and new environments to explore. There are also new features such as peeling, which is quite a visual treat for survival horror video game players. Dead Space remake will be available on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
5. Dragon Age 4
The fourth installment of the Dragon Age series for BioWare is gearing up for its release sometime this year. This time players would be taken to Tevinter and will see the return of Solas. It is the most sought-after title in the series now, since Dragon Age: Inquisition was released back in 2014. Dragon Age 4 will be out on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
6. New Mass Effect
Mass Effect’s new title is in the works and there has been no release date confirmed yet, but as of December 2020, it was stated that the game was in early production. In a conference call to accompany EA sports games in 2022 probably, it will be stated for a late-year release.
